Our role
Mawlny is a financing broker. We introduce you to banks and licensed financing providers and help you prepare and submit an application. The financing provider — not Mawlny — decides whether to approve it, and on what profit rate, amount and terms.
We do not guarantee approval, a particular rate or a particular amount.
Information on this site
The calculators, the eligibility checker, the on-site assistant and the articles on this site give general, indicative information. They are not an offer of finance and they are not financial, legal or tax advice.
Figures shown are estimates based on what you enter and on assumptions stated next to them. A financing provider's own assessment may differ.
What we ask of you
Give us information that is true, complete and up to date, and tell us if it changes. Financing providers rely on it, and an application based on inaccurate information may be declined or withdrawn.
Keep your account password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Fees
Our service is free of charge to you. Financing providers and third parties may charge their own fees — for example processing, valuation, registration and insurance. Those are set by them and will be shown in their offer.
Consent to act for you
When you submit an application you authorise us to share your information and documents with the financing providers relevant to your request and to follow up with them on your behalf. The full authorisation is shown to you for acceptance before you submit.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made by financing providers, or for losses arising from relying on indicative figures on this site.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us: choose the "Complaint" subject on the contact page or write to info@mawlny.ae. We will acknowledge it and come back to you with an answer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
