Who we are
Mawlny is a financing broker based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We help you compare and apply for Sharia-compliant finance offered by banks and other licensed financing providers. We are not a bank and we do not provide financing ourselves.

The data we collect
Contact details you give us: your name, mobile number and email address.
Financing details you give us: monthly income, employment type and employer, existing commitments, the property or purpose of the finance, and the amount you are looking for.
Documents you upload to your account, such as identity documents, salary certificates and bank statements, and any electronic signature or consent you provide.
Messages you send through our forms, the on-site assistant, email or WhatsApp.
Technical data needed to run the site: your language and theme preference, and a sign-in cookie when you use your account.
How we use it
To assess your enquiry, contact you about it, and prepare and submit your financing application.
To keep you informed about the progress of your application and to request documents a financing provider needs.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us and to the financing providers we work with.
To keep the site secure and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Banks and licensed financing providers, when you ask us to submit or pursue an application with them. Each financing provider handles your data under its own privacy policy and may carry out its own checks, including credit-bureau checks.
Service providers who run our systems on our behalf: website hosting, our customer-management system, email delivery and messaging. They may process data outside the UAE.
The on-site assistant is automated. Messages you type into it are processed by an artificial-intelligence service provider to generate replies. Do not enter identity numbers, card details or other sensitive information there.
Authorities, where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or application and for the period the law requires us to keep records afterwards. When it is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it or stop using it, subject to the records the law requires us to keep.
You may withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time.

Cookies
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed for the site to work: remembering your language and theme, and keeping you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies.
